Formerly known as Walnut flake, it was named after one of the oldest streets in Philadelphia from an original 19th Century premium English recipe using a blend of the world’s seven finest tobaccos, Burley, Kentucky, Cavendish, Virginia, Latakia, Turkish, Maryland.
